Suggested Use:

Consume after workouts for recovery, as a between meals snack, or any time throughout the day to increase total daily protein intake. Use Promasil Protein in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Mixing Directions:

Add 1 Scoop of Promasil Protein to a glass. shaker, or blender filled with 6 - 8oz. of cold water, milk, or juice.  Mix for 20 - 30 seconds until powder is fully dissolved.  Enjoy.
