Suggested Use:

Consume during or after workouts. Use Steam BCAA in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Mixing Directions:

Add 1 scoop to a glass or shaker cup filled with 8-10 ounces of cold water. Stir or shake for a few seconds until powder dissolves. Tip: shake gently to minimize foaming.
