Suggested Use:

Consume after workouts for recovery, as a between meals snack, or any time throughout the day to increase total daily protein intake. Use Rival Whey in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Mixing Directions:

Add 1 Scoop of Rival Whey to a glass, shaker or blender filled with 6-8 oz. of cold water, milk or juice. Mix for 20-30 seconds until powder is fully dissolved.  Enjoy.
