Has fast to slow absorption proteins that I like later in the day well after I've trained . Taste is good. The cost was excellent for 5 lbs.

I have been involved with strength training and bodybuilding since I was 13. I am now 53, and continue the push! 15 years ago, I was thrown a curveball which cost me my pancreas, spleen, and gallbladder. My digestive system has been re-routed, and I'm very sensitive to foods. Promasil is by far the easiest protein that I have tried, and I will never switch to another.

I bought the strawberry and vanilla… both are fantastic flavors. I have been drinking protein shakes and drinks for over 20 years and this is among the best I have ever had.
