I have been using Rivalus Promasil for over a year and it is the best Protein out there. It blend great in a shaker or in a glass with a spoon. I enjoy 2 scoops a day to take my exercise to the next level.

This protein blend is great for a post workout shake or mixed in with some yogurt before bed. It tastes great and mixes easily!
