I'm not the most experienced with protein mixes, but this made me feel really good.
Pros:
Tastes amazing. I mean AMAZING.
Definitely helped with recovery.
Easily mixed by shaking.

Switched to the elite protein because it is recommended between meals and before bedtime. Vanilla is best tasting in my opinion. Great value, mixes well with other supplements including chia, omega 3s. Will buy again. Fast shipping.
