Used for years and is outstanding on a 2 to 1 mixture with Sanalac non fat dry milk. 8 oz in morning breakfast and sometimes evening snack.

Promasil is hands down best protein! Mixes well, low in carbs, great flavors. Vanilla, strawberry and chocolate are the best of any brands I've had. Cookies and Cream is the only Promasil flavor I haven't liked. Great buy. Great quality. Great flavor.
