The Promasil - Rivalus powder is a very good drink. Many different flavors, but I like Strawberry.

Switched to the elite protein because it is recommended between meals and before bedtime. Vanilla is best tasting in my opinion. Great value, mixes well with other supplements including chia, omega 3s. Will buy again. Fast shipping.

I really like Rivalus. I tried this protein the first time at the Vitamin Shoppe and have been hooked ever since. Mixes easy taste great. Its a clean protein for the price.
