I've been using Rival Whey for the last 3 months. Hands down this is the best protein I've used. It tastes great with just water (just make sure it's really cold). Over the last few months I've noticed quicker recovery after intense training and less soreness the next morning. Dissolves fairly well in just a shaker cup with water. You can't go wrong with the chocolate peanut butter flavor.

Tried multiple flavors now, chocolate, cookies and cream, and after trying free sample from Arnold expo kit, found my new favorite. Fruity cereal is AMAZING! If you like fruity pebbles you’ll LOVE this stuff! Best tasting protein I’ve had undoubtedly!
