BANANA BREAD PROTEIN MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of your favorite RIVALUS Protein flavor (Glazed Donut Rival Whey used for this recipe)
- 100g Whole Wheat Flour (or Gluten Free flour, but changes the consistency)
- 1 large extra ripe banana (lots of black spots)
- 180ml Egg Whites
- 125g Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
- 4g Baking Powder (1 tsp)
- 6g Baking Soda (1 tsp)
- 1-2g Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat over to 350 F
- Mix all ingredients in food processor
- Spray muffin pan (or bread pan)
- Pour batter in and flatten with spatula
- Bake on 350 F for ~12min (or until toothpick comes out clean)
