Looking to build some amazing shoulders? Having nice round shoulders that pop are something that most athletes are working towards. Here is my current shoulder workout that gives me an amazing pump and burn :)

(Of course I am sipping on my watermelon flavored STEAM as I am doing it)

Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press 4 sets of 10-12 reps (lifting rather heavy...currently I am at 70 lbs with a good spotter)

*I usually take a 2 minute break in between sets to recover*

Seated Dumbbell Side Laterals

Standing Rear Delt Flys

4 sets of 15 reps with this awesome super set taking a 1 minute break

Standing Dumbbell Front Raise

Seated Shoulder Press Machine

4 sets of 12-15 reps with a 1 minute break super set

Remember....keep good form and a strong technique. Never sacrifice your technique for heavy weight. Keep your motion slow and controlled so that your shoulders are getting the best out of the exercises. Happy Lifting Rivalus Fans!!
