Chocolate Brownie Pazookie

Are you trying to stick to your goals but having trouble with sugar cravings? Give this delicious high protein/low carb chocolate brownie protein pazookie recipe a try! When I’m dieting this recipe has been amazing to help me curb chocolate cravings and get in 30 grams of quality protein for muscle preservation and recovery.
Ingredients:
- 46g Egg whites (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 scoop of RivalUS Chocolate Peanut Butter Promasil or RivalWhey
- 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
- stevia to taste
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 15g chocolate chips
- Optional Ingredients: Powdered peanut butter, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, coconut flour or coconut sugar.
Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix. Then mix in wet ingredients. Add a little water if necessary to get the batter to the correct consistency.
- Pour the batter into a pan coated with nonstick spray and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes depending on if you like your pazookie softer or crispy around the edges.
- Let cool for a couple minutes then devour + Share
