Gym Bag Recommendations

What’s in your gym bag? We all have different things that are necessities for having a successful workout. It seems that everyone is now carrying a gym bag full of gym gear and supplements. I thought it would be cool to tell you what’s in my gym bag.

First and foremost, you gotta have the headphones. For me, I have to have my music when I’m at the gym training. I prefer a specific kind of music when I lift and most gyms now a day’s play horrible music. So the headphones must be in the gym bag.

Second, my weight belt. Safety first people. When lifting all that heavy ass weight, you have to have that back support. I finally got a Cardillo weight belt for my birthday. Best belt I’ve ever had.

The third thing that I must have in my bag are my straps. I use my straps mainly on back day. But they come in handy on occasion for other training days.

The final thing that you must have in the bag is your Rivalus post workout drink. For me it’s the Native Pro Whey Protein. If you’re going to put all the time and effort into training hard, you have to replenish the muscle.

So those are my gym bag essentials for a successful training session!!
