Jumbo Pumpkin Protein Muffins!

- 2 C Pumpkin Kodiac Pancake Mix
- 1 C Vanilla Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- 1/2 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 2 Scoops RIVALUS Promasil in Glazed Donut
- Cinnamon & Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (I add a lot!)
- 3 Droplets full of Liquid Stevia! (Can be substituted for alternative sweetener or removed)
- 2 Servings Dark Chocolate Chips!
Bake at 350* for 12-13 min!
Macros Per Muffin:
- Protein- 15g
- Carbs- 30g
- Fat- 4g
(Keep in mind these are JUMBO muffins that only make 6 per tray! You could do normal size muffins and split the macros in half! Also, you could add coconut oil if you had extra fats to work with)
