What Fuels Me?

The question that I seem to get the most of and almost daily it seems like ! Below is a few things I always do and try teaching others to do!
What drives you to walk up everyday and keep going even when you feel like your tank is empty?
Here is what I try to do each day and encourage others to try as well. When I wake up each morning and as soon as I get in the shower I always try to put on something positive as far as music because I feel like most of our minds tend to automatically start thinking about things that really don't matter like, Why didn't I sleep good? Do I really have to work today? What is today going to be like? or other things that really don't serve a purpose. Instead you need to think about some good things to take control of your conscious and get the day going in the direction you want like, Who's life am I going to inspire? What obstacles will I conquer? What makes me life so amazing? and so on!
Next I really encourage people to find some motivational videos say on youtube to help get you pumped for the day. I listen to almost 30 minutes of inspirational speeches or videos each day on my drive to work and it helps get my mind stoked on the day. I love when I find speeches that give me chills to the bones because that tells me its hitting the core and I love that feeling. It can be hard at times to keep the fire lit but you have to always focus on being creative or looking for new things to spark the fire. We have so many different things in the social media world we can all find something to relate with to help keep us motivated and pressing on.I firmly believe that you need to surround your self with others who are on the same path to become better each day because when you do feel like your tank is running out they can pick you up. Its so important for success I feel to have a good support system around you always so get involved with others who have the same passion or same drive. I have tried to do it alone and its not easy when those days come when you want to give up so by having a team around I feel they will have your back and not let you fall!
Lastly I tell people sometimes that regardless of how tired or wore out I may be that I'm only one workout away from being in a good mood because nothing beats throwing in those headphones and getting that blood flowing!!!!! Its amazing how you can be having a bad day and by sipping on some pre-workout then smashing the gym can turn your whole day around in a heartbeat! Well I hope some of these things can help you and get you back on track if your in a rut. Stay strong and stay focused! Life will throw you curve balls you just gotta learn how to adjust and smash them out of the park!
